Shiatsu
Shiatsu (from the Japanese 'shi', meaning 'finger' and 'atsu', meaning 'pressure') is a form of therapy that uses localized finger pressure in a rhythmic sequence on acupuncture meridians. Using steady pressure with the hand or thumb at various points on the body, treatment with Shiatsu can be extremely relaxing, and can help in the treatment of back and joint pain, sports injuries and stress, to name just a few.
